The year began with a short trip to the Hopalong Cassidy Reunion
in Cambridge, Ohio. This is a really fun event with lots of Cowboy
Look-alikes to enjoy visiting with. Their Cowboy Guest Stars were
Dale Berry, Robert Hinkle, Bo Hopkins, Martin Kove, Russ McCubbin,
and Ed Byrnes. Here are some of our pictures from the 2009 Festival.
2009 Hopalong Cassidy Festival in Cambridge, Ohio
The first weekend in June we drove down to Olive Branch, Mississippi to
attend the Memphis Film Festival for the "Gathering of Guns" TV Western
Reunion. There were lots of great actors on hand to meet and plenty of
activities to enjoy during the three days we were there. Here are some

In late June we drove over to Kenton, Ohio for their Gene Autry Days.
It is a weekend of great entertainment, lots of western items for sale, &
Cowboy look-alike contests for adults and kids. Food and drinks were also
available, and a short drive into town we were able to visit "Gene Autry
Park" where a beautiful mural on the wall commemorates the Toy Factory
where the famous Cap Guns were made. Here are some pictures from 2009.
