The Handcrafted Rifle Pen Honoring the Cowboy Way
Cowboys are some of the nicest people around, and Dale Berry was one of the finest you'll ever find. From the time he started his career in 1944, he worked with nearly all of the famous cowboys we all know and love. While many of us didn't know him by name back then, his contributions in the great Western Films helped to bring us hours of pleasure back when a Cowboy was the Hero of every man, woman, boy and girl.
As the western movies declined, he went from playing the Cowboy to acting on other shows such as Route 66, Dallas, and Walker, Texas Ranger. You can still catch him from time to time as Special Agent Chet Whitcomb on Walker, Texas Ranger reruns. In recent years, Dale enjoyed attending Western Festivals, Celebrity Rodeos, and other such events. We first met Dale at a Gun Show in Tulsa, Oklahoma and had the pleasure of visiting with him at many other festivals in the next few years. Sadly, Dale passed away October 20, 2011 at the age of 83. We are left with many wonderful memories of our delightful visits with him and will deeply miss him.
